IRISH HOMES are a provider for the Mortgage to Rent (MTR) scheme. MTR is government-based initiative to help homeowners that are at risk of losing their homes due to mortgage arears. MTR is Operated by the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government, overseen by the Housing Agency.
